While in Malacca, try some of the Nyonya Baba food, as well as the so-called Portuguese (I understand Papa Joe’s is particularly good, but I think most anywhere in Portuguese Square will do the trick) cuisine. It’s not really Portuguese any more, but still worthwhile checking out if you can stand a bit of chilli in your diet.
