Samizdata quote of the day

“Chatting over a llama is certainly a novel way to meet people in a relaxed environment, and participants can enjoy a romantic picnic afterwards.”

-Charity worker Mary Walker, providing Valentines Day advice that is more useful than most I have heard this year.

There are about 14 Monty Python lines just begging…

    Just a lucky guess . . . .

I’m not suggesting that lonely guys or gals invest in a llama to break the ice with members of the opposite gender. But there’s no denying that, like a big sloppy dog, there’s something about a llama which breaks down barriers.

Especially with gurls, I’ve found. mrs llamas and I agree that there’s nothing like a couple of hours of IM vaccinations and hoof trimming with our guys to elevate the levels of interpersonal communication. Or something like that.

    llater,
