    When asked why there are so many socialist comics on BBC comedy shows (still trotting out the same Bash-Bush and even down-with-Thatcher jokes) the standard B.B.C. reply is…

    “We look but we just can not find any rightwing comics – at least none that are not racists”.

    Do your public duty Brian – draw the attention of the B.B.C. to this comedy writer.

    After all they claim to be looking for people like him – as they really are committed to balance.
