That's Terry-Thomas. The hyphen is all important.

Good book BTW. Sad demise.

Don't hold it in. Shout it out. I do. It feels good, believe me.

I still utter T-T's memorable "Blast!" (from Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines) whenever I cock things up utterly around the house.

RSMs have described everyone who is not one thus since time immemorial.

For the life of me I cannot remember the name of this movie: he was a professor at a California college (UCLA I think), and lived in a beach house. Remembering the scenes of him chasing about on the beach with a frankfurter skewered on the tip of his umbrella still brings me almost to tears I laugh so hard.

A sad ending to a very funny and talented man.
