I'm sure it's very interesting, but it doesn't work with Firefox...
I just refreshed the page and it played OK in Firefox.
STB.
Works in Firefox just fine for me too.
The lack of cringing diplo-speak is quite refreshing.
Interestingly enough, none of these video code blocks work right for me either, although they do for everyone I have asked. I am working blind for the most part, although funnily enough it display okay in the MT Preview mode. So... No idea. I have been assuming it is the combination of Firefox+Linux+AfterStep I use.
It appears to work for most folk so I have to live with it until I or someone stumbles across what the special case is and how to work around it.
I might add that might working hypothesis is that it is rendering behind the background as I see signs that it is there when I do page refreshes.
It does work in FF, but it demanded to place a cookie - I didn't like that part. I did like Gates very much though.
Countingcats:
Yes, AfterStep is a window manager for Linux with very similar appearance and properties to the name sake. Unfortuneately it does not seem to have a lot of development going on. You can probably find their main developer site via google.
I don't know if it plays on my system or not, because I can't be bothered to find out. If it was text, I could scan it in a second, but listening to people talk is such a slow and irritating way of finding out anything that I'd rather do without.
