I found a guest ale that is marketed by attacking Gordon Brown's high tax economics and his ceding of power to "dictators in Brussels". Not a conventional marketing approach. Probably an effective one, though.

The DK had a better one on Alistair Darling being banned from pubs all over the country.

So, how was the beer? Any tasting notes or recipes or anything? BeerMad didn't have anything that I could find.

It was really, really good - eminently drinkable. I'm hoping it makes the CAMRA Great British Beer Festival in the summer - there's normally a libertarian grouping which goes along...
