Thursday
Guido Fawkes, the blogger who focuses on political sleaze in Britain, can claim a fair measure of credit for exposing the odious Peter Hain's financial misdeeds. Guido is on the BBC Newsnight programme. It starts at 10:30 tonight. I hope he handles it a bit better than last time.
In terms of sheer effectiveness, Guido is probably far more deadly than Private Eye is these days. If I were Ian Hislop, the Eye's editor, I would start to wonder whether it was time to pack it in.

Braver too, notice that he is happy to dish the dirt on the sexual shenanigans(Link) of the media world. For some reason, the latest Private Eye hides the identity of the love rat, like the rest of Fleet Street. Assuming that's who they are talking about, we just don't know because of their unusual coyness.

Yes Guido is absolutely indispensable - 1 of the 2 or 3 blogs I look at every day. More power to his elbow!

So the Brownites and the Camerroons are in bed together. If only they would all get some incurable, and fatal, sexually transmitted disease.
