London Fire
Philip Chaston (London)  Sui Generis

There is a huge plume of smoke rising from Stratford, east of the City. Nothing on the news as to the origin of this. Mobile networks are already becoming overloaded.

UPDATE: Spectacular plumes, but terror motive "discounted". Any jokes about London's taxes going up in smoke can be made in the comments.

Nice view of the plumes of smoke from our office in Chiswick...

It is the Olympic Site. Perhaps the costs are becoming too much and they want out?

Perhaps the costs are becoming too much and they want out?

Nah, they just want an excuse to push the price of the Olympics up even further.

That is your taxes going up in smoke at the Olympic site. Fitting, really.
