Looks like the registration lapsed, and squatter has it now.

Scott for some reason did not receive a renewal notice - perhaps a spam filter ate it or something - so the first he realised that a renewal payment was due was when he was cut off. He then immediately paid the money, but it will take a day or two before it is back up again.
