The jewel in the crown of Samizdata.net
A blog for people with a critically rational individualist perspective. We are developing the social individualist meta-context for the future. From the very serious to the extremely frivolous... lets see what is on the mind of the Samizdata people.

Adriana Cronin (London)  Blogging & Bloggers

A very nice line up on Instapundit of the blogosphere's reactions to MSN journos putting their foot in it again...

Bill Quick on reading an article in Philadelphia Inquirer (registration required):

Sorry, but for me, this entire article was a joyous exercise of schadenfruede on my part. The agony evidenced on the part of the writer that MSM is no longer the gatekeeper, portal, and arbiter of what is news is delicious.

The brain terminal on Paul Krugman's cavalier attitude to the truth:

Good thing all those editors at the Times provide the layers of rigorous fact-checking that blogs lack!

Annoying gadfly blogswarms indeed.

Comments

The second one was the more interesting to me. Paul Krugman has now gone completely over the edge from disingenuous propagandist to outright lying Democrat party flack. I'm amazed that he thought he could get away with that whopper.

Blogswarms. Heh. Heh heh. Heh heh heh heh heh. Delicious is right. Which quotes from the philly.com article should I add to my MSM-whacking page?

This dude http://jerseynut.blogspot.com/2005/08/spitting-in-well.html
has a different take on the Krugman/MSM lies. Maybe over the top, or maybe I just like the expression "spitting in the well"
