There is at least one bar i-net cafe in the UK...its in Bideford in Devon.

We've had free WiFi in several of our city parks in Austin since last May.

And with hundreds of coffee houses, bars, and restaurants also offering free WiFi, Austin is easily the greatest un-wired city in the US (not to mention our year round great weather for outdoor surfing).
