		<description><![CDATA[A common theme on Mr Worstall&#039;s excellent blog, Mr Murphy does nothing but propose more tax even though everyone else agrees that more tax (rate) means less tax (income), and he often confuses (legal) tax avoidance with (illegal) tax evasion.

The huddled masses, when they buy a lottery ticket or place a bet on the horses, are paying tax on the stake to avoid tax on the winnings, and Murphy thinks they are all as bad as rioter and looters.]]></description>
