However I have belatedly realised that this is mere first level play. Remember the chap in Lifemanship who swaps the labels on his wine bottles before a dinner party? Beginners put expensive labels on cheap wine, which is an allowable but mediocre gambit. The true master puts cheapo labels on wonderful wine then hints that he, with his educated taste, has himself spotted the unsuspected quality of this humble vintage.
